Returns request will be entertained within 48 hours of goods delivery. Only, in the case of manufacturing defects, replacement requests up to a period of 15 days will be entertained.
In case of a return request is placed within 48 hours of goods delivery, where the buyer is not satisfied with the product quality, the goods can be returned back to Bulkse by the buyer or through reverse shipment option of Bulkse. Option of Money refund / credit note is available as per buyer’s choice in this case. For refunds, buyer needs to update his bank account details in the Bank Details section of the app. Any wrong information furnished or wrong account updated by the buyer and money refunded to wrong account will be treated as a proper refund and Bulkse will not be liable to again refund the money.
In case of manufacturing defects, goods can be replaced if request is placed within 15 days from the date of delivery. For defects, Bulkse will send replacement with the next order. Only in case goods are not available for replacement, a credit note will be issued which can be used against the next order. Refunds will not be given in this case.
Returns made for unnecessary reasons will affect customer's ratings on Bulkse. Delivery of the goods, ordered by a repeat customer, will depend on the sole discretion of Bulkse based on the risk assessment or the past transaction history of the buyer.
Buyer ratings and future supply to the buyer remains unaffected in case of returns arising because of the following reasons:
Manufacturing defects or damaged goods
Goods received are different from the product description on the website

Our customer representative will ask the customer to send a digital photograph of the goods on +91 7357007789 or info@Bulkse.com to register their complaint. Our team will provide the customer with all the necessary help required with the return process.
All refunds will be initiated to the same bank account through which payment for the order was made.
In case of alternate payment options (COD, Credit/Debit Card, etc.), bank account details provided by customers will be used to refund money back. Bank account holder name should be same as the registered name of the customer/firm on the website.
In case, part(s) of shipment are returned: Cost of the item and tax levied on the returned item will be refunded.
Under all cases, reverse shipments costs are borne by the customer. Bulkse reserves the right to waive of shipping in case of defectives or wrong items based on its discretion. Bulkse may also waive the return courier charges base on its schemes from time to time.
Items shipped in drop-shipment are not returnable / replaceable unless defective pieces; Returns for drop-shipment are accepted only at the sole discretion of Bulkse. If returns are approved, the reverse logistics charges are to be borne by the Dropshipper.
Items purchased from SINGLES Store are NON-RETURNABLE.
In case of returns from orders where Bulkse has offered FREE shipping, Bulkse reserves to charge for one side or to and for shipping and adjust it against the refund amount.
Bulkse is a B2B wholesale platform and meant for business buyers only. We do not prefer any end buyers to buy from our platform. All above mentioned facility like exchange / returns / refunds are strictly for business buyers only.
RETURN AN ITEM:
To return an item ordered:
Using App / Website: Customer can place return request in the order section of the app or website in the order history. This is the most preferred option and user needs to carefully select the reasons for return.
Using Call: Customer can call our helpline number +91 7357007789 (Whatsapp also accepted) and register a request for return.
Using Email: Customer can email us your return request on: info@Bulkse.com
Once a return request is received by Bulkse; a customer service representative will share the return process over a call within 24-48 hours. They will also explain how to generate a return mailing label and prepare the return documentation, if required.
Customer will have to pay reverse shipment charges as per the slabs below:
Rs. 70 fixed for upto 1 kg.
Rs. 30 per kg for each additional kg.
Alternatively, the Customer can send the goods from any other reliable courier that will deliver to the Bulkse office on the customer (sender)'s expense.
Our customer service representative will send the customer an e-mail or will inform them on phone explaining the complete return process, and the estimated date on which the return items will be picked up.
ABOUT RETURN DOCUMENTATION:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our accounts and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after the payment has been charged for, the said amount will be reversed back in your bank account / credit card / debit card etc. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the customer, i.e., wrong name or shipping address, any extra costs towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer by Bulkse. Any orders placed for delivery to non-serviceable areas for our Logistics partners will attract additional charges over and above those appearing in normal shipping and will be charged extra. Delivery will be attempted on the best effort basis.
Customer can cancel the Order, if it has not been shipped by Bulkse already.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Any decision on returns of the product(s) sold by www.bulkse.com is at the sole discretion of Bulkse and the decision of Bulkse shall be final and binding.
Bulkse reserves the right to withdraw from replacement guarantee at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature.
The terms of returns are governed by Bulkse.
Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, Bulkse is unable to extend its Returns Policy for any items delivered outside of India.
